📌 Booking, Fees & Payment

  • Consultation Fee: The initial online consultation fee is non-refundable.

  • Confirmed Bookings: A booking is only confirmed once full payment of the issued invoice is received.

  • Unpaid Invoices: If payment is not received within the specified timeframe, the booking will be automatically cancelled without notice.

🌍 Service Availability & Travel

  • This service is available exclusively within England, UK.

  • Travel fees may apply depending on distance from our base of operations.

  • Clients must inform us in advance about parking availability or any logistical considerations that could affect arrival or access.

🚫 Onsite Requirements & Safety

  • For safety and ritual integrity, children and pets must not be present during the appointment.

  • Disruptive, aggressive, or disrespectful behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund issued.

🛡️ Service Scope

  • This service covers property cleansing and warding only.

  • It does not include:

    • Exorcism of individuals

    • Removal of spirit possession from people

  • All personal information is handled with complete confidentiality and in accordance with GDPR.

  • A foundation of mutual respect and cooperation is required throughout the process.

📋 Cancellations & Changes

  • Changes or rescheduling must be requested within the time window specified in your confirmation email or invoice.

  • Outside of this timeframe, changes may not be accepted, and refunds will not be issued.
