🜃 Understanding Online Consultations – Terms & Conditions

🔮 Overview

By booking an online consultation with Aaron or Vaelia, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies ensure a clear, respectful, and professional exchange between practitioner and seeker, while maintaining sacred integrity throughout the process.

💳 Payment & Booking

  • Full payment is required to confirm your booking.

  • Bookings are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Payments are non-refundable, unless the session is cancelled by Aaron or Vaelia.

  • No consultation is guaranteed without confirmed payment.

⏳ Session Duration & Overtime

  • Each session is booked for one hour.

  • If the session exceeds the allotted time:

    • Up to 30 minutes: prorated overtime fee will apply.

    • Beyond 30 minutes: a full additional hourly fee will be charged.

  • Extensions must be mutually agreed upon before continuing.

📞 Consultation Format & Confidentiality

  • Sessions are held online via audio (microphone-based) call through Microsoft Teams.

  • All discussions are strictly confidential.

  • No content may be recorded, shared, or disclosed without prior written consent.

  • Both practitioner and client agree to uphold mutual privacy and energetic respect.

🙏 Conduct & Ethics

  • Respect is sacred.

  • Any disrespect, aggression, or verbal abuse will result in immediate session termination with no refund.

  • Future bookings may be declined if these guidelines are violated.

🔁 Rescheduling & No-Shows

  • You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Requests made with less than 24 hours may not be accommodated.

  • No-shows or missed appointments are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling.

🌠 Nature of Guidance

  • The consultation offers spiritual insight, intuitive guidance, and energetic attunement.

  • These services are for spiritual and personal development only and do not replace legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice.

  • You are fully responsible for your actions and decisions following the session.

⚠️ Cancellation by the Practitioner

  • In rare cases (e.g., illness, emergency, or technical issues), your session may be rescheduled or fully refunded at the Coven’s discretion.

  • You will be notified promptly if this occurs.

✅ Eligibility & Security

  • Consultations are open to adults aged 18+ only.

  • All payments are processed securely.

  • Your payment information is confidential and never shared with third parties.
