All you need to do is, hold the pendulum’s rod between your fingers and place your elbow on the table to have a steady arm, then let the pendulum dangle, ask your spirit to determine the direction of the swaying for “yes” answers and then for “no” answers. When you’ve established this, you can start asking your questions and your spirit will give you the answers by swaying the pendulum in the direction that indicates your answer. If the pendulum is swaying in a circle, that usually means “I don’t know” or the question has to be rephrased, so the spirit can answer with a “yes” or “no” to your question.

• Some custom or ritual-based items (such as pendants with bindings or consecrated artifacts) require up to 10 business days due to the ceremonial nature of their preparation.

• We ship worldwide using reliable, trackable services.

• A confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order ships.

• Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout.

➤ Shipping Fees

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your package.

• We are not responsible for customs duties or international import taxes.

✦ RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Due to the spiritual nature of our offerings, we observe the following strict policies:

❌ Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

• All rituals, spellwork, consultations, custom conjures, and energy services are final and non-refundable, as they require personal energetic investment and spiritual preparation.

• Digital downloads, readings, and custom PDF reports are also non-refundable.

• Once a direct binding is performed, the service is complete and cannot be reversed or refunded.

✅ Eligible Returns (Physical Items Only)

We accept returns of non-ritualized physical items (e.g., tools, jewelry not spiritually bound) under these conditions:

• You must contact us within 30 days of delivery at
  theancientcovenantofmagick@hotmail.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and free from damage or wear.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours (e.g., wrong item sent).

Returned items without an RA number or outside of the 30-day window will not be accepted or refunded.

💸 Refund Process

• Refunds (where applicable) will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection and approval.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

🔁 Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we are happy to replace it. Please send photo evidence to
theancientcovenantofmagick@hotmail.com within 7 days of receipt. If an identical item is unavailable, we may offer a similar item or refund at our discretion.

🔮 Special Notes for Spirit Vessel Orders

• Bound vessels cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances due to the sacred, irreversible nature of the binding.

• If your item was damaged during transit, contact us immediately with photographic evidence to initiate a replacement claim.
