For this service to be booked, you will first need to schedule a non-refundable online consultation with us, this can be booked in the Online Services tab. During this consultation, we will discuss all the details of your case and tentatively schedule a date for our visit to your property. Within 48 hours following this session, you will receive an invoice detailing all payable elements specific to your case. The invoice must be paid in full to confirm the booking.

On the agreed date and time, our team will attend your property. Please ensure that you are present to greet us and show us around. As we may bring necessary tools and equipment, let us know in advance if there is no parking available directly outside the property and provide details of the nearest available parking.

All Coven members attending your residence are DBS checked for your peace of mind.

We have carefully structured our fees considering the ongoing living crisis. While maintaining high standards of service, we charge the most affordable fees. Fees will vary depending on each individual case and include travel expenses, accommodation (if applicable), cleansing and warding materials, aftercare ritual tools, and one-off fees for the time of each Coven member attending.

Please note: This service is strictly limited to property cleansing and warding. While we can remove spirit attachments to properties or their inhabitants, we do not offer exorcisms of individuals.
