• Some custom or ritual-based items (such as pendants with bindings or consecrated artifacts) require up to 10 business days due to the ceremonial nature of their preparation.

• We ship worldwide using reliable, trackable services.

• A confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order ships.

• Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout.

➤ Shipping Fees

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your package.

• We are not responsible for customs duties or international import taxes.

✦ RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Due to the spiritual nature of our offerings, we observe the following strict policies:

❌ Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

• All rituals, spellwork, consultations, custom conjures, and energy services are final and non-refundable, as they require personal energetic investment and spiritual preparation.

• Digital downloads, readings, and custom PDF reports are also non-refundable.

• Once a direct binding is performed, the service is complete and cannot be reversed or refunded.

✅ Eligible Returns (Physical Items Only)

We accept returns of non-ritualized physical items (e.g., tools, jewelry not spiritually bound) under these conditions:

• You must contact us within 30 days of delivery at
  theancientcovenantofmagick@hotmail.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and free from damage or wear.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours (e.g., wrong item sent).

Returned items without an RA number or outside of the 30-day window will not be accepted or refunded.

💸 Refund Process

• Refunds (where applicable) will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection and approval.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

🔁 Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we are happy to replace it. Please send photo evidence to
theancientcovenantofmagick@hotmail.com within 7 days of receipt. If an identical item is unavailable, we may offer a similar item or refund at our discretion.

🔮 Special Notes for Spirit Vessel Orders

• Bound vessels cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances due to the sacred, irreversible nature of the binding.

• If your item was damaged during transit, contact us immediately with photographic evidence to initiate a replacement claim.
